The photo is a lens. The decision stays with us.
A vision service reads the picture. AssetSnap’s own records and rules decide what the asset is called and which fields are filled. Images processed this way are not kept by that vision service after the read. A secrecy switch keeps a customer’s images inside their own portal, out of any shared training pool.
A thread you can follow
Each saved record keeps who captured it, when, and whether it has been checked. That is the audit trail behind the seal: the person on site approved it, and someone in triage can correct it. Naming is structured so it can sit beside an SFG20 maintenance regime. We are not SFG20, and we do not replace it.
